THREADLOCKERS |

Eliminate lossering of threaded fasterners due to vibrations, shock loads etc. Can eliminate nylock nuts, spring washers etc. machanical methods with enhanced reliability:
- 222 - For Locking Screws.
- 242,243 - For Locking medium duty nuts/bolts, up to size M 36. 243 cures in presence of oil.
- 262,270 - Locking of heavy duty nuts/bolts upto size M 36. Also used for locking studs.
- 290 - post assembly grade for locking already assembled fasteners.Can Also Be Used For Sealing Leakages Form Hair Line Cracks, Welded Joints, Porosities.

THREADSEALANTS |

Replace teflon tape and other methods of sealing of threaded connections in pipes and high pressure hydraulic / pneumatic connections.
ADVANTAGES: better sealing pressure resistance (upto 10000 psi) and vibration resistance as compared to teflon. Also eliminates any chances of contamination which may occur because of a shredded teflon tape; and also requires no over torquing to effect a seal.
- 542 - 100% fool proof sealing of small hydrulic / pneumic connections upto size M36.
- 565,577 - fool proof sealing of small hydrulic / pneumic connections upto size M80. 565 has some teflon incorporated in it which provided a very easy assembly and disassembly.

BONDING
|
For bonding almost any two substrates together :
- 406 - For Bonding Rubbers & Plastics.
- 415 - For Bonding Rubbers , Plastics & Metals.
- 401 - For Bonding porous substrates - Leather, Paper , Cork etc.
- 480 - Bonding Rubbers with a high peel strength. Can be used for repairing belts.
- 454 - Adhesive in paste form for vertical surface and other areas where non - flowability is important.
- 324 - High strength (impact,tensile), high vibration resistant bonding of METAL to METAL. Replaces mech. methods like bonding, riveting, spot welding, screwing etc. To be used with activator 7075.
- CONTACT / SPRAY ADHESIVE - for bonding foam and other highly porous materials to other surfaces.
# 770 to be used with 406 for difficult to bond substrates - teflon, sillicone.

RETAINING |

Retaining compnents in a cylindrical assembly togher with high / very high strength :
- 603,609 - augment strength (pull out load, torque bearing capacity ) of press filled cylindrid assemblies, for eg. - Bearings, Couplings, Bushes etc. over shafts. Increases strength and hence drastically reduces instances of loosening of bearings, gears, brushes etc. over shafts.
603 IS RECOMMENDED BY FAG.
- 638 - for very high strength retaining of LOOSENED CYLINDRICAL COMPONENTS (bearings, gears, brushes etc.) over shafts upto a gap of 10 thou. No need to rebuild worn out shafts by welding / cold welding methods and subseoufnt turning.
ALSO USED TO REPAIR WORN OUT KEY WAYS.
- 641 - for retaining loosened bearing's outer diameters in housings.

GASKETING |

Elliminate necessity of using conventional gaskets like rubber, paper, cork, metal etc.
ADVANTAGES:- better sealing capacity, chemical resistance, vibration resistance.
- 574 - sealilng of machined flange surfaces.Pressure resistance - 5000 psi, Temp Resistance - 150°c
- 587, 5900 - sealing of unmachined, irregular or corrngated surfaces. Can also be used for sealing sheet metal flanges. Pressure resistance - 250 psi, Temp Resistance - 240°c
5900 is a heavy body sillicone.
- 98 D - to be used along with the gaskets (UNLIKE 574 / 587 ABOVE WHICH ELIMINATE GASKETS). Bond / seal the gaskets, and remains indefinitely tacky - hence, gaskets can be removed as and when required.
Temp Resistance - 280° c, pressure resistance - 5000 psi. Can be used along with any type of gaskets - rubber, metal, cork etc.

Seals, repairs damaged metals in opeating enviroment up to 1093 °c.

(ii) Heavy duty antiseize:- Metal free,Excellent lubricaity to all metals including S.S,
Alluminium & Soft metals upto Temp. - 1315 °c.
(iii) Graphite - 50 antiseize:- Highly electrically conductive - 480 °c.
(iv) Moly - 50 :- General Purpose thread lubricant. Temp - 400 °c.
(v) Moly -Paste :- very low friction. Lubricates press fits Allows maximum clamping form available torque - 400 °c.
